Moga
(My Only Grandchild Available),
a Tonkinese male from
Karessence Cattery He runs the
farm and the household
      Kibbe, our Tonkinese
female, came from
Pendragon Cattery. She
thinks her name is
"
Sweetheart" & she is

Kibbe is our most
beautiful and precious
Christmas ornament
  They love to follow Albert
when he goes down to the
barn to feed the burros
  Moga keeps watch over
the animals when we are all
down by the creek

On June 12, 2004, we went to a BLM (Bureau of Land Management)
Wild Horse and Burro Auction/Adaption
It was ass-olutely love at first sight with burro #6911.
Katie was anything but "wild" and hangs out in our back yard like a big puppy dog
She's excellent at pruning roses, drinking from the millstone, & chewing on boxes
Burros, like goats, need a companion;
so we acquired
Jake, who was a rescue burro.
It is hard to tell them apart unless you look underneath!
Burros are also addicting, so
we purchased another jenny
named
Jewel. She is exactly
like her name - a Jewel

Three tumbling pigeons came with the farm.
Last time we counted, we had over 20
Meet Katie, our BLM "wild" burro :-)
