July 28, 2007 * * *   Katie, our BLM burro, gave birth to a little guy around 6 am. We saw
him just out of the sac and still very wet. He was all fuzzy with very curly hair (like wool),
very, very long legs, and oh soooo soft.
After waiting 12 months and 2 weeks, we were very excited and proud.
So was Katie. A bit protective, but if we gave her love and attention first, she allowed us
to pet, hold and adore her little one, which we named
Tipster.

March 14, 2009  * * * We travel to Ashland, OR to transport a doe and her 3
triplets to Sacramento, CA. then on their way to Oklahoma.  In return we acquired a
beautiful tricolored, polled 3d Gen MiniNubian doeling. She was only 6 weeks old,
and had to learn how to get milk from a bottle. We named her "
Atta-Girl Ashley"
She's very spoiled and friendly.
