| July 28, 2007 * * * Katie, our BLM burro, gave birth to a little guy around 6 am. We saw him just out of the sac and still very wet. He was all fuzzy with very curly hair (like wool), very, very long legs, and oh soooo soft. After waiting 12 months and 2 weeks, we were very excited and proud. So was Katie. A bit protective, but if we gave her love and attention first, she allowed us to pet, hold and adore her little one, which we named Tipster. Click here for baby pictures |

| December, 2010 * * * We visit various tree lots looking for "freebies" of branches and cut off trees for our goats. The local media picked up our story.
