March 5. * * Julie Rose gave birth to 2 doelings around 9:45 pm. She proved to be an excellent mother with a huge udder! The kids look a lot like their sire, SilverSmith. They weighed in at 5.25# and 5#. Meet Angelina Rose, the one with the super long ears and tan legs, and Marcie Rose, the one with the large white spot on her head.
April 5 ** Franny. Thank goodness for the barn camera as Franny's two kids were born at 3:45 AM. They were already up and going before we got out there. Meet April Morning (black & tan doeling) and Button-Button (white buckling)
April 9 ** Freesia gave birth to a single buckling at 9:40 pm and he was up and going almost immediately! He is a busy one and doesn't mind being an only child as he plays with Franny's 2 kids since they are only 3 days apart. Meet Domino - just 'cause he looked like a bunch of dominos!
May 14 @ 4:30 pm Jezebel gave birth to 2 kids: a 6# doeling and a very small 2# buckling. We lost the buckling but gained a very nice looking 3d. Gen Mininubian that was named Just Emily.
March 14. AttaGirl Ashley comes to join the goats at Alymar Farm She was born Feb. 9, 2009 at the farm of Aliza Vanderlip in Ashland, OR. Her Mother and twin bucklings were on their way to Good Goats in OK. She was only 6 weeks old when she got here and we had to teach her to take milk from a bottle. When she finally got the hang of it, we named her AttaGirl Ashley! She is polled, pedigree and MDGA registration pending. Thank you Suriyah of goodgoats.net Since she didn't have any "family" in our herd and Royal was the same way, the two bonded to keep each other company.

October 10, * * about 7:30 pm Sugar Plum gave birth to 2 bucklings. Our young neighbor, Olivia, named them Taylor, (the smaller one with white body), and Alex, (the 2nd one with black on his body). It's hard to tell them apart but they had no problem finding Mom and starting to discover life
